PPG Silicas Introduces Lo-Vel 8100 flatting silica. Lo-Vel 8100 is a wax treated, 6-7 hegman silica to compete with popular competitive silicas for high flatting efficiency, settling resistance, heat age stability, stir-in capability for low VOC applications. Lo-Vel 6200, a narrow particle size silica for OPV's and EB/UV cure coatings.
